For more than 30 years Kathleen Vaught has been practicing law. For the past 17 years she has been running her own extremely successful practice.
 
But who is Kathleen Vaught? She is an attorney with a passion for helping people and businesses understand their rights. She is an attorney that promotes collaborative law over traditional divorce proceedings. She’s an advocate for individuals that need help working through financial difficulties. In the office she’s professional, caring, and understanding, and in the courtroom her litigation skills are exceptional.

Meet a lawyer who enjoys white water rafting on her vacations and yoga several times a week. She teaches courses at a highly recognized university as a result of her passion and knowledge for the law and economics. She has even created her own custom curriculum for teaching the leaders of tomorrow about the legal system.

Kathleen Vaught, PC is a licensed Illinois attorney  located in Wheaton, Illinois. She has a B.A.  in Economics from Santa Clara University and a JD (Juris Doctor) from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

She is certified as a family law mediator; as well as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and a member of the Du Page County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

She also volunteers for the juvenile diversion program in Kane and DuPage counties.
